I love Cabin Creekwood because it is a truly restful getaway! Being from South Florida, the extraordinary scenery, amazing quiet and peaceful surroundings of the Virginia Mountains and Cabin Creekwood maximize our vacation time and money.
Cabin Creekwood is my personal favorite! I love the front porch with the mountain creek winding right in front of the cabin. My kids can play for hours stomping around in the creek. We have stayed in at least four different cabins. All of them have been very clean, cozy, and absolutely delightful.
We have thrown family retreats there and filled four or five cabins with just our family. What a cool place to have a family reunion! Everyone was so comfortable! The pool was great, the weather was a cool respite and the Horst Family showed that they are world class hosts.
We enjoy the family skiing and incredible restaurants at Wintergreen in the winter. I’ve been hunting up there in the fall. And the summer is so nice! You can hike a different trail everyday! Lake Sherando is another favorite for the family. It seems like whenever we come to Cabin Creekwood, EVERYBODY just loves it! This has got to be the best Virginia cabin rentals around!
