Rates are nightly, up to the total number the cabin sleeps.
- Each additional person over bed capacity is $5/night, plus tax.
- Pets are allowed for an additional charge of $10 per pet per
night, plus tax.
- Sales tax is an additional 9%.
- Weekends - 2 night minimum.
- Holiday weekends - 3 night minimum.
- No Sunday check-ins.
- Payment may be made with CASH, CHECK, or CREDIT
cards.
- A deposit of 1/2 of total is required within 7 days of making
reservation.
- Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Cancellation Policy--Please note the separate policy for rentals of
three or more cabins.
- Deposits are refundable up to 2 weeks before coming, less a $5 per cabin
handling charge. Less than 2 weeks, deposits will be forfeited for either
full or partial cancellations.
- Deposits not refunded or transferable due to
inclement weather.
- Rentals of three or more cabins require a notice
of 4 weeks
or greater to receive a refund of the deposit. A single cabin
may be cancelled with
no penalty if 2 weeks notice is given. Less than 2 weeks,
the deposit for that cabin will be forfeited.
