Bluegrass Festival at Grand Caverns

What better way to experience a part of the Blue Ridge Mountain culture than to have a foot-stompin’ good time listening to good, old-fashioned, Bluegrass Music.  Here’s your chance to take in a wide variety of bluegrass bands by attending the Grottoes Family Bluegrass Festival at the Grand Caverns Regional Park on September 10, 11, and 12, 2009.

Entertainers include Lonesome Highway, James King Band, Audie Blaylock and Red Line, Remington Ride, Wildwood Valley Brothers, Carolina Road, and many, many more.

Festivities kick off with an Open Stage on Thursday at 4:00, and a pot luck dinner at 6:00.  Advance tickets are $50 for the three day event.  See http://www.grottoesfamilybluegrass.com/ for more details.
